Our purpose
Canada has the businesses. We broker the access.
Canadian women own and lead firms that are export-ready — in finance, energy services, construction, technology, education, health and professional services. What too often stands between them and international growth is not capability, but access to the right rooms.
CWGC exists to close that gap. We select high-growth markets, build relationships with the institutions that shape them, and lead curated delegations of senior Canadian women into pre-arranged, outcome-focused meetings.

Our mission
CWGC opens doors for Canadian women leaders in fast-growing markets, turning relationships into international growth.
Our vision
A Canada where women leaders are at the table wherever global trade is shaped.
Our impact
We turn introductions into partnerships, contracts and export growth by connecting Canadian women directly with the decision-makers who can say yes.
The Canadian standard
We don't just open markets. We represent Canada in them.
Abroad, a Canadian name opens doors. CWGC delegations are built to honour that reputation — and to put Canada's women leaders at the front of it.
- Trust
- Canadian firms are welcomed as reliable, long-term partners. Every CWGC delegate carries that reputation into the room.
- Rule of law
- Transparent contracts, sound governance and ethical practice are the baseline of every introduction we make.
- Diversity
- Our delegations reflect Canada itself — women leaders of many backgrounds, with relationships in the markets we enter.
- Delivery
- Canadian expertise in finance, energy, infrastructure, education and technology is built to execute, not just to pitch.

The team
When women are in the room where decisions are made, everyone does better — our businesses, our communities, our country. My job is to make sure Canadian women aren't waiting for an invitation. We're building the table, and we're bringing our seat with us.
